My Brother Joseph R Armstrong "Joe" has not been seen since May 29th he has lived with me for a few years and this is just not like him to take off without word to anyone. We have been very worried about him. he is 6ft 2, born August 13,1963.
We have found his phone in his room so we can not call him , he has a daughter that lives in Seattle but she hasn't heard from him , i have checked all the jail rosters from Bellingham to Tacoma, called the local hospital and he wasn't there.
I have posted his picture on facebook ,there is a Missing Person page for him on Facebook and will stay open until we hear from him !!
i know he is into watching the news and i feel if he sees this he will get in touch with someone to let us know he is OK. he has since this picture trimmed his hair so he is not as bushy, We have a big family and we are ALL Worried about him.He doesn't have any medical problems that we know of.
