When I pulled up to my house around 3:30pm yesterday I saw this in the sky. The cloud was literally forming downward into a cone shape. It kinda scared my kids and I so we had to keep a close eye on it until it finally dissipated. It was definitely neat to see though! The picture was taken around SE Stark st. in Portland, Or. facing south towards Division st.
