As per the cameras protecting self from homeless people, perhaps people will instead look with there hearts.
Today I contacted the Postmaster General in Washington D.C., requesting advice on submitting a proposal, for a stamp aimed to help end homelessness.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Mr. Postmaster General,
I am attempting to propose a United States postage stamp,
such as the Breast Cancer stamp.
The stamp that I am attempting to propose will benefit the
homeless.
Please advise me or contact someone to help me with this.
Thank you!
Truly,

What actually needs to take place to end homelessness is a change of heart. The Heart Of the entire United States of America.
I may be premature but I have already asked the White House to endorse it......I have yet to receive an answer.
Please Hear me now............
People left with nothing else to do, often turn to drugs and other self fulfilling desires that lead to turning inward and becoming selfish. Without guidance and activity this selfishness can lead to crime or worse. Being of a strong will and selflessness promise at the age of 50, I made an attempt to change this spiral that can consume all. When people turn to drugs for the missing empty feeling that seems to gnaw at them without, inhibitions often are lowered as well as proper thinking.
Sometimes pregnancy takes place leaving possibly a termination of the baby, remorse or suicide. On the other hand, unwanted and unplanned children may lead to taxpayer support. Either way everyone suffers!
Getting back to the drug problem, drugs cost money. This may lead to crime to get them, to satisfy the gnawing emptiness.
Society often teaches that doing your best is first and taking care of yourself or you will not be able to help others. This can be misleading to the point of: the one who dies with the most wealth wins the game.
This type of thinking may seem to be the ultimate dream or goal. The problem with this way of thought is people live there lives thinking the more they have the more they have to give. For a few this method may actually work, however for the majority wealth brings the desire for more. This becomes an obsession. An obsession to fill a void. This is the same void that those who turn to drugs and other self fulfilling desires have!
I too was stuck in this cycle of life. Later I discovered the golden rule and used it diligently. The golden rule states: Treat others like you would have them treat you.
Later I found this rule to be riddled with hidden flaws. Being now aware of these flaws, I personally set out to expose them. In doing so I found it to be of utmost importance to write a new rule. The new rule that I am teaching has little conflict with the golden rule. I coined it the diamond rule and the reason for that name has nothing to do with monetary value.
Here first is the reason for the Diamond Rule name: We are human. We humans contain no gold. We do contain carbon. Diamonds are made of carbon. Diamonds are formed deep in the center of the earth. You can not be more grounded than that. Humans are made mostly of carbon and hydrogen. Hydrogen is the most common element. Hydrogen is everywhere, even in outer-space. You can not be more open than that.
The Diamond Rule:
Treat others better than you would have them treat you and expect nothing in return.
This method of living is far more rewarding than gold!
Please join me in the power, this is the way god wants us to be before he will hear our prayers. Not by falling down to him, but joining him in his love for us. Let his love flow through you. Take the power. Live his way, the diamond way.
Please join me in living this way.
Thank You and be strong.
