This is a "Green Envy" Cone Flower from the Kittilson's Family Garden in Auburn, WA. Cisco, we planted 3 tubers and got 3 flowers. This year, we switched to all Organic fertilizer ("thanks") and now we have over 50 flowers! They make great arrangements, and are definitely worth the sparse beginning.
