Protesters want Edmonds animal cruelty charges upgraded

Animal lovers gathered outside Edmonds Municipal Court Wednesday afternoon as a woman appeared in court to face animal cruelty charges. They’re arguing for the charges against Rose Marie to be upgraded from misdemeanors to felony charges.
