Heavy snow in Cascades, steady rain in Portland Friday

Gusts combined with falling and blowing snow will create low visibility and blizzard conditions in the Cascades Friday, with a winter storm warning in effect through late Saturday afternoon. Snow levels will be around 2,500 to 3,000 feet.
