Study: SODO has sufficient parking, transit to handle arena traffic

The first study on the traffic impact from a proposed NBA/NHL arena in Seattle's SODO district says the area has both sufficient parking and transit for most arena events. It also said arena traffic wouldn't interfere with Port of Seattle traffic.
