Poll:
Do you think officers went too far?
On April 17, 2010, a photographer shot this video in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood. Police were responding to reports of an armed robbery committed by Hispanic males.
The video shows three men on the ground. One officer bends down over one of the men, yells a profanity and uses a phrase that could be interpreted as a racial slur. Moments later, the officer stomps on his hand or arm and may have brushed the man's face with his shoe. Another officer also appears to stomp the man's leg.
Police later determined that man was not a suspect and he was let go.
At the end of the video, the man explains what happened.
