Seattle NAACP President James Bible has asked the King County prosecutor to charge a Seattle police officer with a hate crime following the release of video showing the officer stomping on a Latino man's hand and using racially charged words. Bible also called out the Seattle TV station that held onto the video for 19 days and did not air it before it was posted on YouTube.
