SkyKING flew over the 150-ft. long cylindrical tank of nitrogen that fell off a barge and into the water near the BP Cherry Point refinery near Ferndale Friday morning. Coast Guard and BP response crews are trying to figure out how to pull the tank out of the water without puncturing it.
