Roughly nine hundred athletes will participate in this year's Northwest Senior Games between mid-May and mid July. People fifty and older are invited to compete in fifteen different sports with varying skill levels and experience. In past years, the oldest competitor has been 103 years old.
"It allows people to be active instead of living sedentary lives. It saves lives because now you're playing, you're getting physical exercise, and it's a lot of fun" said Mark Fridenberg, Pickleball Player.
