During a Friday morning news conference, Kitsap County Sheriff Steve Boyer talks more about the woman arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Washington State Patrol Trooper Tony Radulescu. Boyer said the 32-year-old woman is a former girlfriend of suspect Joshua Blake and the mother of his child. She is being held on $500,000 bail.
