Jay Kordich, 87, calls himself the "Father of Juicing" and for good reason. Kordich began juicing in 1948 after a health scare and has never looked back.
For six decades he has eaten a plant based diet and drinks several glasses of fresh juice daily. He credits this for his longevity and good health.
KING 5's Christie Johnson spent the morning with Kordich learning some of his natural remedies.
