BOISE -- Four people were hurt when an out-of-control mini-van crashed into a building this afternoon.

It happened at the Albertsons Express at Five Mile and Overland roads around 3:10 p.m.

Witness tell police that a boyfriend and girlfriend were in the van and having difficulty getting it out of gear.  He got out of the van and was working under the van when the van got stuck in reverse.  The van ran over the man and slammed through the front window of the store.

Three people inside the store were hurt.  The boyfriend and an adult patron were taken to the hospital.  Police on scene say they were up and around and do not appear to have any life-threatening injuries.  Two others were treated on scene.

Police plan to impound the van and conduct tests on it.
