Canadian police are searching for a motorcyclist who they say was involved with a YouTube video showing him riding at 186 mph on a Vancouver Island highway.
The Times-Colonist reports police believe 25-year-old Randy George Scott was the driver of a Yamaha sport bike with a video camera mounted behind the windshield.
The video, which has been viewed more than 700,000 times since it was posted in April, shows the motorcycle zipping by and between cars.
Police say Scott was initially suspected, but they did not have enough evidence until now to charge him.
His mother, the owner of the motorcycle, reportedly has been issued nearly $1,500 in traffic tickets in connection with the incident.
