Google’s new Seattle campus in South Lake Union is up for design approval from the city Wednesday.
The site, known as Block 25W, is on the north side of Mercer between Fairview and Boren Avenues North. Google’s new digs will include 145,600 square feet of office space with 69 apartments above. Another project on the same block will have a second six story building for Google.
Paul Allen’s investment firm, Vulcan Real Estate, is developing the campus.
