MOSCOW, Idaho -- Jury selection is scheduled to begin Tuesday for a man accused of drugging and killing his estranged wife in 2010.

Charles Capone's trial was postponed in June when a judge disqualified himself from trying the case.

Sources told KREM 2 News that the judge recused himself after learning a relative was being investigated by a local task force.

Capone pleaded not guilty to first degree murder charges in the death of his wife Rachel Anderson.

Investigators said Anderson was in the process of filing for divorce when she disappeared.

Her body has never been found.
