SEATTLE -- Even though it is just preseason, don't be surprised to see a packed house at CenturyLink Field for the Seattle Seahawks game on Saturday night.

With regular season game tickets hard to get and at times expensive, Seahawks fan Eric Carver said this will probably be the only time his family can go to a game this year.

Even in the preseason it is pretty much sold out because the Seahawks are so good this year, Carver said.

James Kimmel, co-owner of Seattle ticket broker Epic Seats, said preseason tickets are the cheapest available to fans. Epic Seats had nearly 1,300 tickets to the Seahawks-Broncos game and now has only 90 left.

In years past the preseason games have always been below face value and this is one of those first years we have seen where there is actually a demand at or a little bit above face value, Kimmel said.

As of Friday night, online ticket websites still had some tickets available. A Seahawks spokesperson said the team does have scattered single tickets and a limited number of returned tickets from the visiting team available to fans.
