A rapidly growing wildfire is burning near Lake Wenatchee, which prompted people to evacuate the area, according to the Chelan County Sheriff's Department.

Four structures have been burned and possibly more are threatened. Photos from a homeowner in the area show flames coming dangerously close to their house.

No injuries have been reported.

DNRofficials say the fire started around 7 p.m. near Lake Wenatchee Road and Brown Road on the north side of the lake. The fire spread is about 5 acres and is 10% contained at this point.
