BOISE - The Uzbekistan national living in Boise accused of several terrorism-related charges will be back in court Tuesday afternoon.
Fazliddin Kurbanov was arrested last Thursday on federal conspiracy charges. Prosecutors say he's accused of teaching or showing potential terrorists how to build explosive devices, and also conspiring with the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan.
The 30-year-old pleaded not guilty in federal court the next day.
Tuesday's hearing will see a judge determine if Kurbanov will remain in custody until his July 2 trial.
KTVB's Jamie Grey will be in the courtroom following his progress. We'll have updates on KTVB.com and tonight on the news at 5 p.m.
