PORTLAND -- Four teenagers were accused of the kidnapping and torture of a teenage boy in a Multnomah County grand jury courtroom Friday afternoon.

On Feb. 10 a teenage boy met Jenna Montgomery near Southeast 122nd Avenue and Powell Boulevard. Montgomery lured him to a nearby shed and once there, the boy was confronted by Jess Taylor, Christian Kalmbach and one other teenage boy, the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office confirmed Friday.

The victim was allegedly hit over the head with a crowbar and then taken into the shed. Prosecutors alleged the teen was shot with a BB gun in the finger, chest and groin. The suspects then carved a swastika symbol into his forehead and forced him to eat cat feces.

The captors then asked the victim for a skateboard and money. When the victim left to get the items he ran for help, according to the DA's office.

The four suspects were arrested at 3266 SE 111th Avenue. Taylor, Montgomery and Kalmbach were charged as adults for assault, kidnapping and robbery.

The grand jury deliberated on Friday and was considering additional charges.
