SEATTLE - Police continued to search Sunday for suspect in the fatal shooting of a teen in the Central District of Seattle.

A 19-year-old man was the victim of a drive-by shooting outside a home. He was rushed to Harborview Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.

Concerned neighbors say the shooting is yet another incident in their area.

I don t know what s going on, said Kendall Murphy, a neighbor.

It s just getting closer and closer to home and now it s two doors down, she said.

Around 7:30 p.m., police officers responded to 911 calls of a shooting in the 2500 block of South Norman Street.

Preliminary reports indicate the victim was shot while he sat in a vehicle parked in front of a home.

Witnesses heard at least 16 shots fired.

They had been waiting for him, they had been driving around prior to it, a group of them, said James, a neighbor.

Crime Scene investigators combed the area Saturday looking for clues as friends and family visited the home.

They ve had a hard going recently, said Wakil Allah, who lives in the area.

Three months ago with what happened at Munchbar, said James.

The house where the 19-year-old was shot is where 30-year-old Deshawn Milliken used to live. He was shot and killed on Christmas Eve inside Bellevue s Munchbar, a nightclub.

Deshawn s sister is also the mother of the victim s one-year-old son.

While police aren t sure if the shootings are connected, they don t think this latest one is random.

Neighbors are hopeful the violence will stop.

I just hope this is the worst of it. I hope it ends here, said James.

Police say it appears there were other suspects in the vehicle, but it's unknown how many.

The vehicle is described as a light-colored Mercedes-Benz, possibly silver or gray.

The primary suspect is described by police as a black male, thin build, 5'11 tall with dreadlocks or braids in his hair. He was reportedly wearing a ski mask.

Police urge anyone with information about the shooting to call Seattle Police. It's not yet known whether the victim and suspect knew each other.
