ONTARIO, Ore. -- Two Arizona women were arrested after police said they were driving around Oregon with heroin hidden in Valentine's Day teddy bear baskets.

The women from Phoenix, Ariz. were pulled over on I-84 in the Ontario area after failing to signal lane changes, according to police.

Oregon State Police troopers said they found five pounds of heroin hidden in the baskets. The drugs were worth an estimated $200,000, according to OSP.

Both women were arrested and booked into the Malheur County Jail.
