In the lowlands, expect steady rain Thursday morning in Western Washington turning to off and on showers in the afternoon. The extended forecast calls for more rain just north of Seattle Friday afternoon. The Puget Sound convergence zone could see some wet snow or sleet mixed in with the rain during heavier showers.
