MONTANA--A Montana bride accused of pushing her new husband off a cliff will go on trial in December.

A judge denied lawyers requests Tuesday to push the trial date to February to allow more time to prepare.

Jordan Graham was charged with first and second degree murder in the death of 25-year-old Cody Johnson. Graham is also charged with making false statements to police.

Graham and Johnson were married for just more than one week when he plunged to his death on July 7. It was apparently during an argument in Glacier National Park.

Graham has pleaded not guilty. Her attorney claims the groom s death was an accident.
