BOISE -- The Ada County coroner has identified the body foundfloating in a Boise pond Monday morning. The deceased woman is Heather Davidson, a 29-year-oldmother of four who was reported missing on the morning of Feb. 20, 2010.

Her body was found off East Parkcenter Boulevard and Mallard Drive Monday morning by a man walking along the Greenbelt. The pond is located behind the River Quarry Apartment complex in east Boise.

Coroner Erwin Sonnenberg said the body was badly decomposed.He conducted an autopsy today and found there were no traumatic injuries on the body. The cause of death is undetermined. It will take a while to get back the toxicology results which may provide more insight into Davidson's death.

We received a callMonday from Sam Berman whowas one of the last persons to see Davidson alive.

Berman said he and some friends were coming home from a party around 4 a.m. on Feb. 20 when they came upon a two-caraccident at Broadway Avenue and Parkcenter Boulevard.They got out to assist thepeople involved in the accident. He said Davidson's car hadgoneinto a ditch and she appeared dazed. She asked fora ride, but did not want to wait for police. She left the scene on foot heading east on Parkcenter and that was the last time anyone saw her alive.

Sonnenberg put Davidson's time of death at 5:30 a.m., just an hour and a half after the accident.

We founda photo of her listed in the Idaho State Police missing person clearinghouse. Shealso has an outstanding $50,000 warrant in Ada County for felony leaving the scene of an accident.

Davidsonwould have turned 30on Wednesday. Family members tell us thatshe had movedfrom Boise to Nampa a week priorto theFeb. 20th accident.

Boise Police spokeswoman Lynn Hightower says investigators have ruled out foul play in her death.
