SPOKANE -- Much of the Inland Northwest is under a Winter Storm Warning through Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.

The warning is north of I-90, mostly in the mountains of Eastern Washington and North Idaho.

People in elevations higher than 2,500 feet (E. Wash) and 3,000 (N. Idaho) could see between 3 and 8 inches of snow.

Forecasters said the snow accumulations will mainly impact the higher elevations and mountain passes, including Lookout Pass along I-90. Snow covered roads could create hazardous driving conditions.

Hunters should be prepared for cold temperatures and significant snow accumulations.
