PORTLAND The body of a man was found in southwest Portland Thursday morning and police are trying to determine if he was killed or died naturally.

Investigators said the man was found slumped over in a bus stop near the intersection of SW 1st Avenue and SW Sheridan Street.

Few other details have been released but police said homicide detectives have been called in to investigate and they described the death as suspicious.

Roads were closed in the area, during the investigation, and police warned that drivers should expect delays on the Ross Island Bridge as well.
