VANCOUVER -- Vancouver police have found the vehicle they think was involved in the hit-and-run that killed two Vancouver women and injured a boy Sunday night.

Irina Gardinant, 28, and 45-year-old Raisha Mosh died from injuries suffered in the crash at Northeast Vancouver Mall Drive and Northeast 72nd Street. Mosh's 12-year-old son suffered minor injuries.

Investigators served a search warrant Tuesday night about four blocks away from the crash scene, police said.

A white Toyota Tacoma pickup with front end damage was taken into evidence. The truck matched a suspect vehicle description that was based on pieces left behind at the scene.

Police said a black pickup truck may have been following the suspect vehicle, and that neither driver stopped to check on the victims after they were hurt.

There was no word on any arrest. Crime Stoppers offered a reward Tuesday for information leading to an arrest in the case.

Police expected to release more information Wednesday.
