SALEM -- Murray Magness of Portland won the $9.2 million Oregon Megabucks lottery draw of Oct. 17.
He purchased a $5 Quick Pick from an Albertson's at what he felt was a lucky time of 4 p.m., according to Oregon Lottery officials.
Magness chose the annuity system of claiming his prize. That means he'll get 25 annual payments of $368,000, before state and federal taxes.
Albertson's will get $92,000 for selling the winning ticket.
