UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash.-- Iraq war veteran Tony Dayton believes Americans can help in Iraq.
He just worries about what impact that will have on American soldiers.
There s going to be more veterans that need services, said Dayton, who served a nine-month tour in Iraq in 2006.
He was sent home and honorably discharged after his second suicide attempt.
He shot himself through the stomach with his M-16.
Dayton is the president of the National Alliance to End Veteran Suicide.
He fears new action in Iraq will generate more suicidal soldiers.
