CALDWELL -- A 25-year-old Caldwell man has beenarrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter.

Canyon County Prosecutor John Bujak says Wyatt Greenough was indicted by a grand jury on April 21.

He was arrested Thursday after a lengthy investigation by Nampa Police and booked into the Ada County Jail.

Greenough has since posted $10,000 bond and been released. He will be in District Court on May 7 for an arraignment.

According to court documents, Greenough placed Meadow Nickel in bed with him while he was intoxicated, whichresulted in her death. Police were called to the home on the morning of Feb. 6, 2010.

According to an Idaho Press-Tribune obituary for Meadow Nickel, Greenbough is listed as the girl's father. She was born in Nov. 2009.

If found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, Greenbough could get up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
