SAN BERNANDINO, CALIFORNIA The Little League team out of Lynnwood and Edmonds won again on Tuesday putting them one step closer to their goal of the Little League World Series.

The team beat Wyoming on Monday 13-3 in the Northwest Regional Tournament. They do not know who they play yet in the semi-finals, but if they win on Thursday they will play again Saturday in the finals. The Little League World Series begins on August 15th in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

These kids, it doesn t matter if they re down, it doesn t matter if they make a mistake, they come back. Cary Gillet said. And it s all a credit to the coach and his players.

On Tuesday there was a big watch party for the team at Hamburger Harry s in Edmonds. Dozens of people showed up for the event including the mother of the coach and a few parents of players as well.

They ll live with this memory for the rest of their lives, Assistant Coach Dave Barry said. Three of our guys are on the team right now; Carson, Ian, and Logan. It s extra special to see your own guys out there, it s awesome.

The Northwest Regional tournament is made up of one team from Oregon, Alaska, Wyoming , Montana, Idaho, and Washington. There are 13 kids on the team. All of the boys are either 12 or 13 years old.
