COEURD'ALENE-- Coeur d'Alene Police are investigating a possible hate crime in which a noose was found hanging at a woman's home.

The house belongs to Rachel Dolezal, Executive Director of the Human Rights Institute in Coeur d'Alene.

Dolezal tells KREM 2 News her brother found the noose hanging from rafters on her property on Tuesday, June 15.

Dolezal reported the incident to Coeur d'Alene Police.
