SPOKANE -- Two teenage pedestrians were hurt after being hit by a car Sunday afternoon.

The teens were on Buckeye crossing Argonne around 1:30 p.m.

Police said two vehicles were traveling north on Argonne. The vehicle in the right lane stopped to let the teens cross, but the vehicle in the left lane did not stop.

The teens were hit by the vehicle the left lane. The driver of that car was cited for failure to yield.

Both victims were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
