Chris Pratt, star of the recently-released Guardians of the Galaxy, made good on his promise to visit kids in the hospital in his Star-Lord costume.

The 35-year-old actor visited with patients at Children's Hospital L.A. and hosted a screening of the movie. According to E Online!, he spent more than three hours at the hospital, took hundreds of pictures, signed autographs, and handing out swag from his movie.

During an appearance on Good Morning America in July, Pratt cited Russell Wilson as his inspiration for making a visit.

"He poses for pictures with these kids and really changes their lives, and when we were making this movie, I was thinking to myself that s actually potentially something that we could do as a cast or me as Star-Lord walking in. I think that would be great to affect kids lives that way," said Pratt.
