SEATTLE - The King County Sheriff's Office says a White Center woman was arrested Monday night after she bit of the lower lip of the man she was kissing.
Sgt. John Urquhart said deputies were called to a private residence that is an unofficial "clean and sober" residence, which is being rented by two men and two women.
When deputies arrived they found a 49-year-old man sitting on the front steps. When asked what was going on, he said, "The b***h bit my lip off!"
Most of the man's lower lip was missing.
Deputies determined that the man and his assailant were kissing in a bedroom when suddenly, without provocation or warning, the woman bit off the man's lip and then "spit it out."
The lip was recovered but doctors say it could not be re-attached, and the man will be permanently disfigured.
The 44-year-old woman was found in the house and taken into custody after trying to attack one of the arresting deputies with a pillow. She appeared to have been drinking. She was booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Assault (DV).
