Truck with loaded gun inside stolen

CHEHALIS, Wash. - Lewis County deputies are looking for a pickup truck stolen from a Chehalis parking lot. The owner of the truck said he had a loaded handgun in the car.
The 71-year-old man from Onalaska said he left the truck, unlocked with the keys inside, at the North Fork Timber parking lot Sunday night. Monday morning around 9:30, he discovered it had been stolen.
The man said the gun was a .357 Smith and Wesson. He claimed it was loaded and said he had extra ammunition in the truck.
