SEATTLE - Seattle "for sale" signs may soon read: three bedroom, two bath with a walkability rating of 80.
A new Web site ranks Seattle's most walkable neighborhoods and hopes to make "walkability" a new real estate buzz word.
About 78 neighborhoods ranked by walkscore.com hopes to encourage health and saving the environment by stressing the importance of walkable neighborhoods. Criteria to rank in the study depends on how much you can skip using a car in your daily routine.
