MERIDIAN - Police arrested three people Wednesday in connection with charges they used an underage female for prostitution. 

Someone told police that a CD containing sexually exploitative images was located inside the home of Douglas A. Winberry, 50, of Meridian.  Police served a search warrant and found the CD with pictures of a female younger than 18 in various sexual poses. 

Police began investigating, and they say Winberry was engaging in sexual acts with the victim – and also offering prostitution services.  Officers say Winberry used the Craigslist Internet site to advertise proposed sexual services to be performed by the girl.

During the investigation, officers say they found another man and a woman were also using the girl “in the same manner,” according to a news release.

Colby R. Watson, 36, and Lindsey J. McKeehan, 23, both of Boise, are also in police custody.  Officers served search warrants at the homes of Watson and McKeehan, and say the found additional evidence in the case.

Police say Watson and McKeehan took pictures and video of sex acts involving the victim.

Officers say Winberry fled to Prosser, Wash.  Authorities in the central Washington town tracked him down and took him into custody on a warrant of for lewd conduct with a minor, sexual exploitation of a child, possession of sexually explicit materials and inducing a person under 18 into prostitution.  He is being held on a $1 million bond.

Watson and McKeehan are charged with the same charges, and are being held in the Ada County Jail.
