Elizabeth Quigley, 12, of Baker City, Oregon, was last seen in Boise on Jan. 1st.

BOISE -- The Oregon girl who was missing for days was found early Saturday morning.

Police located 12-year-old Elizabeth Quigley at a Garden City home.

For several days officers had expressed concern about Quigley's safety.

She had reportedly traveled to Boise with her sister, but she did not return with her sister to Baker City.

Boise Police also located the 18-year-old man who was suspected to be with the girl. They were not found together. At this time, no charges relating to the runaway girl are pending against the teen.

Quigley is in the Ada County Juvenile Detention facility.  Arrangements are being made to return the girl to her parents in Baker City.
