Seahawks OT Allen Barbre's suspension is official. Below is the statement from the NFL:

STATEMENT BY AN NFL SPOKESPERSON:

Allen Barbre of the Seattle Seahawks has been suspended without pay for the team's first four games of the 2012 regular season for violating the NFL policy on performance enhancing substances.

Barbre will be eligible to return to the Seahawks' active roster on the day after the team's fourth regular-season game of the 2012 season.

Barbre is eligible to participate in all offseason and preseason practices and games.
