Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has advanced to the second round of NFL.com’s bracket-style contest asking fans which quarterback is the greatest of all time.

Just like in the Super Bowl, Russell Wilson beat out future Hall of Famer Peyton Manning in the first round of the “Right Now” bracket, which features current players.

Wilson now faces Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the second round. Tom Brady and Drew Brees are in the other “Right Now” matchup.

The "tournament" is a fan-friendly popularity contest. It’s the only reason to explain why Rich Gannon beat out Brett Favre in the first round.

In the other “regions”

Millenials Bracket: The recently retired has Donovan McNabb vs. Rich Gannon and Steve Young vs. Drew Bledsoe.

Generation X Bracket: Those whose fame came in the 80’s and 90’s. The second round has Joe Montana vs. Jim Kelly and Dan Marino vs. John Elway.

Baby Boomers Bracket: Blasts from the past. In the second round, Johnny Unitas takes on Roger Staubach and Terry Bradshaw faces Bart Starr.
