Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate made news during Super Bowl Media Day when he showed up wearing Google Glass and a GoPro. He told reporters he was documenting his week at the Super Bowl from a first-person perspective.

The Seahawks have released an edited video of Tate’s experience, complete with a soundtrack to the Macklemore and Ryan Lewis hit “Can’t Hold Us” and Alicia Keys’ “New York.”

The video takes you from the bus ride to Sea-Tac Airport as fans lined the streets to wish the team well, to Media Day, to practice and all the way to Super Bowl pregame and championship celebration.

Tate even got a couple quick moments with the normally quiet Marshawn Lynch.
