SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - The Little League team from Auburn, Wash., is still alive in the Little League World Series.

The boys bounced Connecticut 9-5 Tuesday to the joy of hundreds of friends and family back home in Western Washington.

Their Monday night game was rained out.

Fairfield beat Auburn in their first meeting Friday in the double-elimination tournament.

Auburn will play Texas tonight at 5 p.m. Auburn must win twice more to make it to Saturday's US Final.

Members of the Auburn Little League will be hosting an all ages viewing party tonight at Chihuahua's Mexican Restaurant in Auburn at 4202 Auburn Way North.
