Glantz-Culver line: Alabama by 16. Sagarin difference: Alabama by 14.19.

Synopsis: When these teams were last seen on the field, they were displaying opposite emotions.
The Crimson Tide were devastated thanks to Auburn's stunning touchdown return off a missed field goal attempt and the Sooners elated after their Bedlam victory vs. Oklahoma State.
The manner in which those emotions are channeled figure to play a role in today's outcome. If the Alabama defense is properly focused, it will pose significant matchup problems. Whether Trevor Knight or Blake Bell will start at quarterback for OU likely won't be known until game time, though both are likely to play.
Whoever takes the snaps will have to get something done through the air to give TB Brennan Clay a chance to make headway against Tide LB C.J. Mosley. Alabama QB A.J. McCarron will be eager to end his storied collegiate career on a high note. He should get plenty of help from TB T.J. Yeldon and WRs Amari Cooper and Christion Jones. The Sooners will need a big push from DE Charles Tapper and rapid pursuit from LB Frank Shannon.
Jeff Sagarin's power ratings show the relative strength of teams.
