College record: 58-27; NFL record: 14-4 -- After only one year, the jury is definitely still out on Harbaugh. Still, you have to give him a lot of credit for not only resurrecting the career of QB Alex Smith, but also taking a team that was 6-10 in 2010 and leading them to the brink of the Super Bowl in 2011, falling to the eventual champs in overtime of the NFC Championship Game. You have to wonder how dangerous they would be this year had they gotten their hands on Peyton Manning.
