College coaches in the NFL: Good, bad and works in progress

College record: 146-56-1, 3 national championships; NFL record: 15-17 -- Quite simply, this guy knows how to win in college and probably will stay there after his two-year debacle in the NFL. Saban led the LSU Tigers to two BCS bowl games and a national championship. He parlayed that into a job with the Miami Dolphins, but left after just two seasons. He came back to the SEC, coaching the Alabama Crimson Tide to two national titles, including this past season.
