EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Taylor Lilley scored 23 points and Oregon never trailed in a 82-62 win against Oregon State Saturday night.
Micaela Cocks added 18 points for the Ducks (14-8, 5-5 Pac-10) and Nia Jackson also scored 14.
Jackson had to be carried off the court by two teammates with 3:39 left in the game after a head-to-head collision with the Beavers' Talisa Rhea left her dazed on the floor and bleeding from a cut inside her mouth.
She received stitches and was being tested for a concussion after the game.
Haiden Palmer had 25 points and 11 rebounds to lead Oregon State (9-12, 1-9), which has lost 10 straight since a 63-49 win against Washington State on New Year's Day.
A year after the Beavers swept the Civil War season series for the first time since 1993, the Ducks repaid the favor, getting their second win of the season against Oregon State.
