6 Oregon runners make all-West

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The Oregon Ducks placed six runners on the all-West Region team announced Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

Leading the way on the women's all-region team is Jordan Hasey, who finished second in Saturday's NCAA West Regional. Joining her as all-region selections are Nicole Blood, Alexandra Kosinski and Lauren Zaludek.

On the men's side, sophomore Luke Puskedra and Danny Mercado made all-West. Puskedra finished sixth at Saturday's cross country regional and Mercado placed 14th.
